Joining the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of Organo Group, and as a gesture of appreciation for the contributions and dedication of all members after a busy year filled with projects, the Organo (Vietnam) family came together for a meaningful journey to the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang from September 11 to 13, 2026.
Carrying the spirit of “Together we lead – Together we grow,” the trip was not only an opportunity for everyone to relax and recharge but also a chance to connect, share, and look back on the journey we have taken together — a journey in which every individual has contributed to the growth and development of Organo (Vietnam).
In addition to exploring the beauty and cuisine of Nha Trang, the journey was filled with exciting annual bonding activities for the Organo family. The trip kicked off with the Organo League Cup, under the spirit of “Empowered Minds”. With perseverance, determination, and a wholehearted competitive spirit, Organo Hanoi successively overcame GEC, Organo Hung Yen, and Organo Ho Chi Minh City to claim the championship. The matches not only brought moments of intense and exciting competition but also strengthened the spirit of teamwork and connection among members.
Keeping the excitement going, the teambuilding activities along Nha Trang’s beach also received enthusiastic participation from everyone. The challenges, which required coordination, teamwork, and strong communication, brought plenty of laughter and memorable moments, while helping bring everyone closer together.
The journey came to a memorable close with the Gala Dinner, filled with a wide range of emotions. The award ceremonies for the football tournament and teambuilding activities, together with birthday celebrations for members born in the third quarter of the year, created a lively yet warm evening. Especially touching were the videos capturing everyday moments with Organo (Vietnam), bringing moments of reflection as everyone looked back on the journey of working side by side, making quiet contributions, and growing together through each project and every stage along the way.

Amid the special atmosphere of the 80th anniversary of Organo Group, the Nha Trang trip was also an opportunity for every member to feel more deeply the value of moving forward together – working together, growing together, and striving toward new goals together.
