From August 22–24, nearly 150 members of Organo (Vietnam) and their families enjoyed a vibrant company trip to Da Nang. Carrying the slogan “One team – One vision – One bright future”, the Organo (Vietnam) family ignited a spirit of unity, spread the aspiration to rise higher, and reinforced the determination to conquer new heights.

The journey began with a visit to Linh Ung Pagoda, followed by a dynamic teambuilding session on the stunning My Khe Beach. Four teams – Pink Dinosaur, Red Horse, Golden Buffalo, and Blue Chicken – gave their all in five consecutive challenges: moving in sync with “Swift Steps”, building the firm “Tower of Trust”, balancing through “Equilibrium Quest”, breaking limits in “Conquering the Peak”, and finally shining in “Touching Glory”.

Each challenge not only brought laughter and connection but also reflected the very journey of Organo (Vietnam) itself: starting with speed, building on trust, maintaining balance through challenges, breaking through to rise higher, and ultimately reaching new summits. The messages of One team –One vision –One bright future have become guiding values for Organo (Vietnam) as it looks toward a bright future.
The excitement continued with visits to Ba Na Hills and Bay Mau Coconut Forest, and especially the Organo League Cup football tournament under the spirit of “Unleash the Champion within”. Four teams from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen, and GEC delivered thrilling matches. After 40 minutes of a nail-biting final, GEC emerged victorious over Organo Hanoi – a testament to youth, strength, and resilience.

The Gala Dinner was held with dazzling performances, allowing Organo (Vietnam) members to reflect on a trip filled with passion and team spirit. Sharing at the event, Ms. Khanh Phuong – General Manager of Organo (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., emphasized: “This is an opportunity to connect, to honor the efforts of every member, and to fuel Organo (Vietnam) with even greater momentum in the time ahead.”
