Theoretical training for Organo Vietnam engineers and workers at the Hung Yen Plant
From May 20–22, Organo Vietnam, in collaboration with Singaporean experts and GF Piping Systems technicians, organized an intensive training program at Organo Vietnam’s Hung Yen factory. The program included:
- Theoretical training (morning of May 20) to equip engineers and workers with a solid understanding of equipment operation principles.
- Sample runs and technical demonstrations (afternoon of May 20 – morning of May 21) conducted directly on the IR 63 Plus and IR 110 Plus.
- Hands-on practice and skills assessment (afternoon of May 21 – morning of May 22) under the close supervision of GF experts.

As a result, 100% of Organo Vietnam’s workers passed the technical competency assessment and received Welder Certificate – a globally recognized credential for fusion welding, with the QC/QA team additionally earning the WBI Inspector Certificate. This serves as a clear proof of Organo (Vietnam)’s capability to execute projects to international standards.
