Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans; expand into new markets and effectively manage key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Build, maintain, and develop customer relationships; monitor market trends, competitors, and product development directions.
- Lead, train, and coach the sales engineering team to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Requirements
- Experience in the water treatment industry.
- Proven B2B sales experience and ability to prepare technical proposals/quotations for corporate clients.
- Strong capabilities in planning, proposal development, and sales execution.
- Age range: 35–45.

2. Sales Engineer
Job Description
- Research customer needs and target customer profiles; prepare sales documents and coordinate with the technical team to meet project requirements.
- Develop new customer portfolios for water treatment projects, and build business models for the semiconductor and electronics sectors.
Requirements
- Experience in the water treatment industry.
- B2B sales experience and preparation of technical proposals for corporate clients.
- A strong customer network in the semiconductor and related electronics industries is a major advantage.
- Age range: 25–40.

MECHANICAL DEPARTMENT
1. Mechanical Engineering Leader
Job Description
- Design water treatment systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D, including layouts, piping, tanks, and skids.
- Prepare isometric drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and installation.
- Manage and monitor the work progress of the mechanical engineering team; prepare periodic reports and propose solutions for risks or issues.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure project schedule, quality, and execution efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Solid understanding of piping and fabrication drawings; experience with JIS standards and PVC materials is preferred.
- Age range: 28–40.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining water treatment systems or related fields.
- Strong understanding of operating principles and key components of water supply and wastewater systems.
- Age range: 28–35.
